RalphI am Ralph. I am a Linux and GNU user since about 2000. I stopped using Windows because of the lack of freedom it forces on its users and have grown to appreciate the UNIX style OS. It is my preference now, even if Microsoft were to stop treating their users with contempt. I have been a developer for years and a sysadmin for a while. I have been active in my local groups(NTLUG and DFWUUG) and want to start contributing back more to the community. My primary computer runs Ubuntu, although I am thinking about switching to a more truly free system on that computer. |
