Package _silo-installer_ does not contain licence info at http://changelogs.ubuntu.com/changelogs/pool/main/s/silo-installer/silo-installer_1.10ubuntu4/

I have emailed Frans Pop <fjp@debian.org> regarding the package. Sourceforge suggests that it is GPL, but no version specified. He says that they overlooked the copyright notice and are working on it (04 Jul 2007).

Will prompt after 11 Jul 2007.

14 Jul 07 UPDATE: No change. Maintainer contacted.

15 Aug 07 UPDATE: I have checked the copyright file with Debian, and it reads as follows:
