Comments: 2006–08–21, first stage of removing the current docs completed. Code in gnome-panel tests whether ubuntu-docs is installed before displating the menu item.

One thing I just noticed, but didn’t think it warranted a new bug: In the Gnome System menu, the tooltip for the Help entry still says “Get help with Ubuntu”. cparker

Also, the window that opens when clicking on System > About GNOME says the Distributor is Ubuntu and not gNewSense. cparker
